Abstract

The development of technology today greatly influences the behavioral patterns of adolescents. This is evidenced by the increasing adolescent health issues such as deviant sexual behavior, smoking habits, and alcohol consumption. The challenges faced by partners include limited access for adolescents to health services, limited mobility among adolescents which can lead to weight gain, a contributing factor to chronic diseases (Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus), and the lack of knowledge related to deviant behaviors in adolescence that affect their health. Additionally, there is a lack of available adolescent health information in schools. The method used in this activity was packaged in the form of games and role-plays, conducted face-to-face once a week over two weeks at two schools/partners. The results showed an increase in knowledge, with over 90% of adolescents being able to understand and explain non-communicable diseases in simple terms, including their definition, causes, and prevention. Therefore, schools need to integrate health literacy into the curriculum to ensure that all students have equal access to important health information. Furthermore, parents and the community play a key role in supporting healthy behavioral changes in adolescents
