The development of technology in the current era greatly influences the behavior patterns of adolescents. This is evidenced by the increasing health problems among adolescents, such as deviant sexual behavior, smoking habits, and alcohol consumption. This condition is a particular concern for the adolescent age group, as adolescents dominate the entire population with the largest number of people and they are also the future of the nation that needs to be prepared in terms of their health. The chosen target partners for this partnership program are the Ranomuut and Bengkol health centers. These partners were selected because they are located in the center of Manado City, which has complex health-related issues among adolescents. The issues encountered with these partners include the limited accessibility of adolescents to health services, lack of knowledge related to reproductive health, and deviant behavior among adolescents. Therefore, through this Community Partnership Program PKM, a solution is offered related to the implementation of the "PEKA BERAKSI" training program Health Education, Parental Control, Empowerment, and Negotiation Skills, so that adolescents can become aware of their health conditions and also improve their Soft Skills. The PKM activities consist of Health Education, empowerment, and soft skill training. This activity will take place over 3 meetings with various methods such as lectures, demonstrations, and practice. The results of this activity show significant changes in the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of adolescents that can be applied effectively. Therefore, it is expected that through this activity, adolescents will become more concerned about their health conditions and be able to break the chain of adolescents' involvement in risky sexual behaviors.
