Abstract

               Keluhan utama merupakan penyebab utama sehingga pasien ke Rumah Sakit, oleh karena itu Unit Gawat Darurat UGD yang merupakan pelayanan terdepan selama 24 jam  wajib memberikan pelayanan prima secara cepat dan tepat oleh tenaga dokter ataupun perawat yang telah tersertifikasi guna penyelesaian permasalahan pasien, selanjutnya pasien akan dirawat di ruang perawatan bila dibutuhkan atau dapat langsung pulang ke rumah, lama rawat pasien akan sangat bergantung pada kondisi penyakit dan hal lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan ntuk mengetahui apakah adanya hubungan antara keluhan utama dan lama rawat inap pada pasien diruang perawatan bougenvil RSD Liun kendage Tahuna, proses pengambilan data menggunakan data retrospektif yang ada di bagian medical record maupun ruang perawatan dan Unit Gawat darurat, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 orang, Analisa data menggunakan program computer dengan jenis uji komparatif numerik tidak berpasangan Kruskall Wallis. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Pasien yang dirawat paling banyak berusia 45 sampai dengan 54 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan, berdomisili di Tahuna, Pengguna BPJS,  Nyeri merupakan keluhan terbanyak pasien, dan pasien pulang dalam kondisi sembuh. Uji bivariate didapatkan tidak adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara keluhan utama dan lama perawatan di ruang bougenvile selang januari 2020 sampai dengan desember 2021 dengan nilai p 0,54. Saran diharapkan kepada RSD Liun kendage Tahuna untuk terus mengevaluasi dan melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui variabel yang mempengaruhi lama perawatan pasien, agar supaya pasien dan keluarga sebagai pengguna layanan akan merasa puas terhadap layanan yang diterima nantinya

The main complaint is the main cause for patients to go to the hospital, therefore the Emergency Unit ER which is the foremost service for 24 hours is obliged to provide excellent service quickly and precisely by certified doctors or nurses in order to resolve patient problems, then the patient should be treated in the treatment room if needed or can go straight home, the length of stay of the patient depends on the severity of disease and other factors.  This study determined the relationship between the main complaints and the Length of Sstay of patients at the bougainville room at Liun Kendage Hospital, Tahuna. The data collection process used retrospective data in the medical record section as well as in the treatment room and emergency room, Number of samples were 200 Data of patients. Data was analyzed by the computer program, numerical comparative test Kruskall Wallis was used in this research. Study showed that the majory of patients admitted during 2020 to 2021 were aged 45 up to 54 years, female, live in Tahuna, BPJS users, with the most complaints of pain, and patients returning home because of fully recovered.  Bivariate test showed that there is no significant relationship between the main complaint and the length of stay with a p-value of 0.54. RSD Liun Kendage Tahuna expected to continue the evaluatiom and conduct research to find out factors related to patient care during hospitalization to improve services and increase the users satisfaction.
